By accessing or using MissioBase, which is a product of GNDSOFT LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MissioBase provides a multi-tenant platform for mission teams and churches to manage their organizations, members, and resources.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not extensively used the service features. After 7 days, refunds are handled at our discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

MissioBase is provided "as is". GNDSOFT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions, arising out of your use of the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
